Terms of use:

2. The voucher is not redeemable for cash. Voucher cannot be exchanged. The value of the voucher can only be used by a single purchase.

3. In the case of goods for which a gift voucher has been redeemed, you may be refunded (in the event of withdrawal from the purchase contract or in the event of a legitimate claim) by means of a replacement gift voucher.

4. The voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, after this date the voucher becomes invalid.

5. The voucher can only be used to pay for purchases in the online shop at www.bergam.cz.

9. The purchase of goods is subject to the valid Terms and Conditions and the Complaints Policy of BERGAM SHOP s.r.o.

10. The voucher cannot be replaced in case of loss.

11. The buyer is not entitled to resell the voucher to third parties. In the event that he does so despite this prohibition, he is fully liable for any damages incurred by third parties.
